Boingo acquires airport wireless access provider

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Boingo Wireless Inc, a Wi-Fi access provider, has made an agreement for the acquisition of Concourse Communications Group LLC, which operates wireless access networks in North American airports.
The company has said that the acquisition will provide it with control of Wi-Fi networks in 12 of the most high-traffic airports in the United States and Canada. The airports include three in New York, two in Chicago, as well as airports in Atlanta, Oklahoma City, Toronto and Detroit.
No financial details have been disclosed.
