Britain's Ventana Aviation, an airline consulting company, has said that it has introduced a cabin crew e-learning course.
The course has been developed in conjunction with Tata Interactive Systems (TIS). Ventana claims that the course is, in effect, a full two-week airline cabin crew training course packaged into eight hours of interactive e-learning with the aim of offering airlines a tool to reduce recruitment and training costs while raising the operational standards of the cabin crew they recruit.
The course is available over the Internet and the progress of each learner is monitored through a tracking system.
