Flight attendant to testify before House Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law

The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO has said that union member and United Airlines flight attendant Antoinette Muoneke is to testify today (17 April) before the United States House Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law during a hearing titled 'Executive Compensation in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Cases - How Much is Too Much?'.
Muoneke reportedly wrote in her written testimony: "I cannot escape the conclusion that executives used the bankruptcy laws to enrich themselves at the expense of workers like me".
She also says she is angry that United Airlines' CEO "was able to preserve his USD4.5m pension trust" and that "last year alone our CEO used the bankruptcy laws to take pay, bonuses and stock equalling over 1000 times my compensation".
