ATBD announces advisory position to Skybus

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Air Transport Business Development Inc (ATBD) announced on Friday (27 April) its position as advisor to Skybus Airlines in the selection, negotiation and acquisition of its Airbus A319 fleet and support contracts.
ATBD has advised Skybus on its Airbus A319 acquisitions since December 2005.
The company said that Skybus has 65 Airbus A319s on firm orders and a further ten A319s via operating leases. The airline plans to enter into revenue operations in May 2007. ATBD said it has advised Skybus on acquisition and support contracts from Airbus, General Electric, CFM, Thales, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, Goodyear, Bucher and Recaro.
