Skybus awards contract to Time Warner Telecom

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Time Warner Telecom Inc (Nasdaq: TWTC) has been awarded a multi-year contract with Skybus Airlines, a start-up airline in the United States.
Under the contract Time Warner Telecom will deliver a comprehensive suite of communication solutions including metro Ethernet, an IP-based virtual private network (IP VPN), Ethernet Internet services (EIS) and voice and data services.
The IP VPN gives Skybus the capability to network an unlimited number of self-check kiosks and reservations counters at airports across the country.
No financial details have been disclosed.
