CDW Government Inc (CDW-G), a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation and a source of Information Technology (IT) solutions to governments and educators, has announced that it equipped the McCarran International Airport with a ClearCube blade computing system.
The system will reportedly be used to support maintenance of flight information displays throughout the airport's terminals, and will enable the airport to offer its passengers more accurate, real-time departure and arrival information.
The company said that the ClearCube solution centralises the airport's flight information display system, providing staff with direct and consistent control over the supporting infrastructure. In addition the ClearCube solution also improves system continuity and failover response for the flight information system.
