Delta offers double Medallion Qualification Miles at Delta.com

Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has announced that SkyMiles members will earn twice as many Medallion Qualification Miles when they book a flight on http://www.delta.com between 31 March and 30 April and travel by 30 June 2008.
The airline said that Medallion status, which is earned after accumulating a minimum of 25,000 Medallion Qualification Miles in a calendar year, enables members to receive additional SkyMiles benefits. Such benefits include complimentary upgrades, mileage bonuses, priority boarding and preferred seating.
To be eligible for this promotion, SkyMiles members must be residents of the United States and enroll at http://www.delta.com/double.
