Stake in engine maintenance unit sold to Lufthansa by Qantas

Australia based airline Qantas Airways Ltd has revealed that a 50% stake in its jet engine maintenance unit, Jet Turbine Services, has been acquired by European carrier Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
According to Bloomberg, the sale includes a 10-year contract to provide maintenance on approximately 190 aircraft in Qantas's fleet.
The contract, for which financial terms have not been disclosed, reportedly only relates to the servicing of General Electric Co engines.
