Boston.com announces Cheapflights.com as exclusive travel search provider

Boston.com, a website of media company The New York Times Company (NYSE:NYT), announced on Tuesday (29 April) that Cheapflights.com will be its exclusive travel search provider.

Cheapflights.com is a US travel-search engine, which publishes large selections of airfare deals available online from a wide range of flight and travel providers.

Cheapflights.com reportedly provides travellers nearly one million flight deals from both traditional and low-cost airlines, as well as smaller specialty-travel providers, plus handpicked deals and flight offers exclusive to Cheapflights.com. Its current partners include Orbitz, Expedia.com, Travelocity, JetBlue Airways,American Airlines, British Airways and Priceline.com.

Boston.com said that it will provide its users easy access to the Cheapflights.com travel search engine by placing highly visible links on every page of Boston.com's travel section.
