Two board members to leave US Airways

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
US Airways (NYSE: LCC) has reported that two members of the company's board will not be standing for re-election at the annual meeting on 11 June 2008.
The two members stepping down are Richard Bartlett, managing director and principal of Resource Holdings Ltd and chairman of Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation; and Edward Shapiro, vice president and partner at PAR Capital Management Inc.
Following their departure US Airways will have nine members on its board.
