Mesa Air Group reports third quarter results

Mesa Air Group Inc (Nasdaq: MESA) announced its third quarter results on 18 August, with operating revenues increasing by USD13.5m or 4.0% over the same quarter in 2007, to USD353.9m.
The company reported third quarter net income of USD1.8m or USD0.07 per diluted share, compared to a net gain from continuing operations of USD4.4m or USD0.15 per diluted share for the same period in 2007.
As of 30 June 2008 the company's cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities were approximately USD60.1m.
Mesa operates as Delta Connection, US Airways Express and United Express for Delta Air Lines, US Airways and United Airlines, respectively. It also flies independently as Mesa Airlines and go!.
