Tealeaf, a software house providing business analysis systems, has reported that the Las Vegas based travel agency Allegiant Travel Company (NasdaqNM: ALGT) has deployed Tealeaf's CX Customer Behavior Analysis to analyse the purchasing habits of the 1m monthly visitors to its website.
The company claims that the software can offer users insight into ways to improve the ratio between the number of visitors that view the site and the number that make purchases through the site.
The tool also reportedly allows sales partners such as hotels to understand the booking process in a way that enables them to place their products in a manner likely to gain exposure to potential customers.
