Virgin Atlantic launches transatlantic fare sale

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Virgin Atlantic Airways announced on 28 August the launch of a sale of transatlantic fares for trips departing from its ten US gateways.
Virgin is reducing its Premium Economy and Economy fares on a number of flights to London between 1 September 22 March 2009. The fares are being offered under the slogan 'hop across the pond for a jump-the-puddle price'.
To take advantage of the offers, customers must book their travel by 9 September.
