Delta Air Lines offers waiver of change fees due to winter weather in Minneapolis

Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) said on Monday (29 December) that customers whose travel plans are affected by winter storms may make adjustments to their travel schedule without incurring change fees.
Those who have booked flights with Delta, Northwest Airlines or Delta Connection carriers to, from or through Minneapolis, Minnesota on 29 or 30 December may make a one-time change without penalty.
Tickets must be changed by 7 January and travel must also start by that date.
Changes to the flight's origin and destination may result in a fare increase. Customers whose flights are cancelled may request a refund.
