Arab Wings places order for Global 5000 jet from Bombardier

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Mohammed Abu Ghazaleh, the chairman of Jordan based carrier Arab Wings, has placed a firm order with Bombardier Aerospace for a high-speed Global 5000 jet, with the Global Vision cockpit.
The order will make Arab Wings the launch customer for the all-new flight deck.
The aircraft is scheduled for delivery in 2011 and will be available for charter from the carrier's Amman, Jordan, base.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
