Hamilton Sundstrand enters into spare parts agreement with EVA Airways

Hamilton Sundstrand, a supplier of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products and a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp (NYSE: UTX), announced on Thursday (21 February) that the company has signed an exclusive spare parts purchase agreement with EVA Airways, a private airline based in Taiwan.
The agreement reportedly includes all Hamilton Sundstrand detail spare part purchases in support of EVA Airways' component repair shops.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
