Continental Airlines to use Neolane's software in the UK

Neolane, a provider of customer marketing and communication software solutions, has announced that it has recruited Continental Airlines Inc (NYSE:CAL) as a new customer in the UK.

Continental Airlines will reportedly use the Neolane software platform to create one-to-one personalised marketing communications to help it engage with customers, encourage loyalty, website visits and ticket sales.

The software will be used by the carrier to construct detailed profiles of its customers and prospective customers, enabling it to create and automate personalised campaigns, serving individual customers with offers and news and also tracking individual campaign results.

Neolane-generated campaigns from Continental are scheduled to begin in Spring 2008 and target frequent business and leisure flyers to the US.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
