Order for eight 787 Dreamliners announced by Air Europa

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Aircraft manufacturer Boeing (NYSE: BA) has announced that it has received an order from Spanish airline Air Europa for eight Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners valued at USD1.3bn, based on list prices.
The company said that the order was placed by Air Europa in 2007 and was previously accounted for on Boeing's Orders & Deliveries website as being with an unidentified customer.
In addition, Air Europa has also acquired purchase rights for an additional eight 787s.
