Airline Industry Information,  July 11, 2008

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) has confirmed that Dublin Airport is now running at more than 80% operational capacity.

Passengers at the airport have been experiencing delays after problems with the Air Traffic Management (ATM) system on Wednesday (9 July). The IAA has stated that the cause of these problems has now been identified, and the suppliers - Thales ATM - are conducting an on-going evaluation.

Delays are likely at peak times according to the IAA. The Irish Times has reported that delays are averaging between 15 and 45 minutes.
