Hamilton Sundstrand enters into long-term spare parts and repair agreement with ACTS

Hamilton Sundstrand, a supplier of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products and a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp (NYSE: UTX), announced on Monday (14 July) that the company has signed a long-term spare parts and repair agreement with ACT-Aero Technical Support and Services Inc (ACTS), a primary maintenance provider for airlines.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company will provide exclusive spare parts support and repair services, including shop support, on select airframe and engine accessories, to ACTS.

Hamilton Sundstrand will supply aircraft parts to support ACTS' operations for all aircraft types, with an option to extend the deal an additional two years.

Financial details of the agreement were not available.
