NetJets orders 40 new Gulfstream aircraft

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Private aviation company NetJets Inc has placed an order with Gulfstream Aerospace Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), for 40 new aircraft.
Under the contract four Gulfstream G450s and four Gulfstream G550s will be delivered to NetJets each year between 2012 and 2016. The deal also includes a long-term maintenance support agreement.
General Dynamics said that the contract is worth approximately USD1.9bn.
