Dissolution approved by MAIR's shareholders

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

MAIR Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: MAIR) has announced that, on 25 June 2008, the company's shareholders voted to approve its dissolution and plan of liquidation.

As a result the company will proceed with the process of formally dissolving under Minnesota law.

MAIR Holdings' primary business unit is its regional airline subsidiary Big Sky Transportation Co, d/b/a Big Sky Airlines.

On Friday (27 June) MAIR filed a notice to delist its stock from the NASDAQ Stock Market.

The last day of trading for the company's stock is expected to be 7 July 2008. This will also be the record date for liquidating distributions made to the company's shareholders.
