New diversity director named by Continental Airlines

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL) has announced that it has named Diedra Fontaine to the position of director of diversity and sales development.
In this new role Fontaine will manage Continental's important diversity initiatives and will enhance sales in key, niche markets.
Most recently Fontaine was director of sales for the South Central region, managing the corporate and travel agency sales efforts in several states. She joined Continental in 1990 as an auditor.
Fontaine also serves on a number of boards including The Ronald McDonald House and The Ensemble Theatre.
