A total of 33 properties, which are owned by a joint venture with Morley Fund Management, have been sold by UK based airports operator BAA.
BAA is owned by the Spanish group Ferrovial.
According to the BBC, the sale raised a total of GBP265m, which is to be split between BAA and Morley and makes up part of Ferrovial's programme of non-core sales to pay off the debt it took on to buy BAA.
