New route from Kingston, Jamaica, To Fort Lauderdale announced by American Airlines

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD

A new service between Kingston, Jamaica (KIN) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) has been announced by American Airlines (NYSE: AMR), effective 1 June 2008.

The new route, which is subject to government approval, will be operated by the carrier with 148-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Flights from Kingston depart at 10:00, arriving in Fort Lauderdale at 12:50, whilst return flights depart from Fort Lauderdale at 08:00 and land in Kingston at 08:40.
