China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines report plans for charter flights to Nanjing

Taiwanese carrier China Airlines and its subsidiary Mandarin Airlines have announced plans to inaugurate direct weekend cross-strait charter flights to Nanjing, China.

The inaugural flight, CI-7995, will be on 1 November 2008, departing from Taoyuan Airport, Taiwan, at 09:30 and arriving in Nanjing at 12:30. The return flight, CI-7996, will depart from Nanjing at 13:45 and arrive in Taoyuan at 16:45.

The airlines have arranged a total of 31 round-trip weekend cross-strait charter flights to Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Nanjing for November 2008.
