Virgin Atlantic to add second daily London - Hong Kong service

Virgin Atlantic has announced that it is launching a second service between London Heathrow and Hong Kong.

The new daily service will be launched in addition to the current daily service, doubling the capacity on the route.

Flight VS238 from London will initially be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, increasing to a daily service from 4 December. The return flight, number VS239 will initially operate on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, increasing to a daily service on 5 December.

The flights will be operated using Airbus A340-600.
