AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Great Lakes Aviation Ltd (OTCBB:GLUX) has announced preliminary passenger traffic results for September 2008.
The airline said its scheduled service generated 12,877,000 revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 4.1% decrease from the same period in 2007. Available seat miles (ASMs) were 32,491,000, a rise of 21.5%, resulting in the load factor decreasing by 10.6 points to 39.63%.
The number of passengers carried in September 2008 decreased by 3.7% compared to September 2007.
