Mesa Air Group reports financial results for fiscal second quarter

AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION-(C)1997-2009 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD
Mesa Air Group Inc (Nasdaq: MESA) has reported its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2009, ended 31 March 2009.
The company reported a net loss after tax of USD37.3m from continuing operations for the quarter, compared to a net income from continuing operations of USD17.5m for the quarter ended 31 March 2008.
Total operating revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2009 were USD233.0m, compared to operating revenues of USD320.3m for the same period of last year.
