* Inadequate Distension of Uterine Cavity Some women may tend to leak a lot of fluid from the cervix or through the fallopian tubes. Check the position of the catheter, and make sure that it is placed most of the way to the fundus. But realize that even a small amount of fluid will permit visualization of most uterine anatomy

* Spreading Adenocarcinoma. The benefit from doing SIS clearly out-weighs any theoretical risk of spreading adenocarcinoma via the fallopian tubes.
