Korean refiners want subsidies for ULSD
Diesel Fuel News, June 9, 2003
According to a report from Yonhap news agency, Korean Petroleum Association is asking for government aid to help offset $386 million investment for ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) as will be required for 2005/6 diesel vehicles meeting tougher Euro3/4 emissions standards.
