Sydney, Australia Mayor wants to ban diesel trucks, buses from central business district

The Lord Mayor favors hiking taxes on diesel fuel to help cut traffic congestion and emissions, while a new rail-to-port center in western Sydney would divert trucks away from city center, according to a Sydney Morning Herald report.
