CB&I wins ULSD project at Shell-Australia

The (U.S.) $50-million hydrodesulfurization engineering/procurement/construction contract will enable Shell-Geelong to meet Australia's ultra-low sulfur diesel standards that take effect in 2006. The new 6,000-tons/day "HDS 2" plant will be completed by September 2003, according to CBI Constructors (Houston).
