BP refinery project in Spain will yield 10-ppm ULSD

BP confirms that a $100-million upgrade project at its 120,000-barrels/day Castellon refinery will yield 35,000 b/d of 10ppm ULSD along with 28,000 b/d of 10-ppm sulfur gasoline. Foster-Wheeler announced it won the supervision, engineering, equipment and procurement contract for the project. A new diesel hydrotreater, hydrogen plant (with Technip) and naphtha hydrotreater are included.
