Abu Dhabi expands distillates desulfurization

A $480-million project at Ruwais Refinery will allow low-sulfur gasoil production in addition to ultra-low sulfur diesel. TechnipCoflexip will provide a gasoil hydrotreater, naphtha hydrotreaters, [H.sub.2]S removal, CCR reformer, and revamp kero, gasoil hydrotreaters.
