> California Farmers Get Federal Funds To Replace Old Diesel Engines: According to a report from Fresno Bee, farmers in the polluted San Joaquin Valley are getting $5.5 million in federal grants to help them replace or upgrade old diesel engines. Separately, legislation backed by state Sen.
