VW Complains Higher Costs of Cleaner Diesels Eventually Will Depress Euro Sales: Europe's diesel boom will level off in a few years because of the higher costs of clean-diesel technologies, VW's board chair is quoted as saying in La Tribune (Paris). "The diesel boom will not last at these levels," VW chair Bernd Pischetsrieder told the French newspaper.
