Japan's Marubeni Inks Diesel upgrade project deal with Kazakh Refinery

The $235 million project at Atryau Refinery now underway will rehab the crude distillation unit, and install a diesel hydrotreater, naphtha splitter, naphtha hydrotreater and isomerization unit, Marubeni announced last month. Target sulfur level of the diesel output wasn't disclosed.
