Morroco to expand Diesel capacity

Industrialinfo.com reports that the Samir refinery will boost capacity to 160,000 b/d and install vacuum distillation and hydrocracker units by end-2004, nearly doubling diesel output. Diesel sulfur target wasn't announced, and no further information was available from engineering design contractor Foster Wheeler, as engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) isn't final.
