Turkey's ULSD project forging ahead

Technip-Coflexip announced that its $130 million contract to install a diesel hydrotreater at Turkmenbashi just took effect. Result: The upgraded plant will produce 1.5 million tons/year of <10-ppm sulfur ULSD in 2006.
