Repsol touts higher Cetane, detergents, anti-foamant in premium diesel

Spain's Repsol this month announced introduction of "Diesel e " with an "optimized" cetane level to reduce noise and cold-start white smoke. The fuel also includes detergents, corrosion inhibitor and anti-foamants to avoid splash-back.
