South Korea adopts European diesel lubricity limits

South Korea Adopts European Diesel Lubricity Limits: Besides moving to a 30-ppm sulfur limit in 2005, South Korea also is adopting a 460-microns wear scar maximum limit (via HFRR test), identical to European diesel, starting Jan. 1, 2005, according to International Fuel Quality Center (a Hart Downstream Energy Group unit).
