EPA's "Tier 3" Non-Road Diesel Rule Comments Due By Jan. 4, 2002

The "white paper" outlining EPA's plan to continue to allow high-sulfur fuel for non-road diesels, at least for few more years (see Diesel Fuel News 11/12/2001, p1), is open to public comments.
