Hungarian refiner inks deal to produce Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel

Hungary's MOL signed an $85 million deal with Germany's Uhde-Edeleanu to build a diesel desulfurization unit to allow production of "sulfur-free" (<10-ppm) diesel fuel by late 2004, according to a report from Hungary's major business newspaper, MTI-Econews.
