Philippines DOE eyes subsidizing CNG

The Dept. of Energy reveals it's in discussions with the country's Board of Investments to propose subsidies for CNG, especially for taxis and buses, to boost use of new domestic gas reserves and cut horrible Manila air pollution, according to a report from The Philzppine Star.
