Turkmenistan inks deal to build 10 ppm ULSD hydrotreater

Technip-Coflexip just announced a signed contract to build a new hydrotreater to allow Turkemen-Neftegas to produce 1.5 million tons/year of ULSD meeting Europe's 10 ppm sulfur limit by 2005. The new project follows earlier construction of a 1.8 million ton/year catalytic cracking unit at the same refinery.
