Truckers, fuel users fighting biodiesel mandate pushes

The soy lobby once again is trying to force the blending of biodiesel in Minnesota and Kentucky, prompting fuel users including airlines and trucking companies worried about "boutique fuel" costs, higher jet-kero prices, and possible engine and infrastructure problems to fight back, according to trucker associations in those states.

Also, South Dakota's House defeated a mandate bill last week.
