ADM mulls biodiesel plant for mandated minnesota market

With the legislature mandating 2% biodiesel into 2005 diesel fuel, ag giant ADM says it's considering a biodiesel plant next to its Mankato soybean processing plant. ADM already is Europe's biggest biodiesel producer, and could do likewise in the U.S.
