Toyota's joint-venture with PSA seeks to capture more Euro market, cut costs

According to a report from Nikkei Business Daily last week, Toyota is trying to reverse its meager 3% European market share via a low-cost Czech Republic joint venture plant with PSA, which will provide diesel engines for Toyota. PSA enjoys a huge and growing share of diesel car sales in Europe (see story below).
