U.S. oil & refining joins ULSD parade in Washington state
Diesel Fuel News, May 12, 2003
The Tacoma-based independent refiner launches its first foray into ultra-low sulfur diesel production and marketing next month. Another Washington-based refiner, Tosco (now part of ConocoPhillips) already supplies ULSD to "clean" fleets in the state and is expected to add ULSD terminalling capacity in Tacoma in June or July, according to Puget Sound Clean Air Agency.
